How to Apply
Select the camp for which your child is
eligible. Complete, detach and send th e application
form (without forgetting to read and sign the
declaration on the reverse) and medical form, along with
a deposit to:

Please note that incorrect or incomplete
forms may be considered invalid. PLEASE DO NOT FAX THESE
FORMS. If you are applying for more than one child,
please either request additional forms, or photocopy
both sides of the application form and medical form.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to
secure a place. NO PLACES WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT A
DEPOSIT. All fees must be paid in full by Friday 7th
May. Any money outstanding after this date will result
in the addition of a 10% surcharge, unless prior
arrangement for payment has been made. Full payment must
be received before the commencement of camp. Habonim
Dror reserves the right to impose a surcharge in
response to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before Friday 7th May
will result in the loss of the non-refundable £100
deposit. No refund will be given for cancellations made
after this date, unless due to exceptional
circumstances.
Insurance
Insurance is included in the price of
the camp; full details of our insurance policy will be
sent to you with the travel and kit details. Should you
feel that our policy is not satisfactory, we advise you
to take out your own cover.
Travel
All prices include the cost of travel to
and from one of our UK pick-up points. Please contact
Samuel to make alternative travel arrangements if
necessary, and note that you may be liable for any extra
costs.
Mas Chaver (membership)
All applicants must hold Mas Chaver to
attend camp. Mas Chaver is £45 and runs for 12 months
from 1st September 2009 to 31st August 2010.
Donations
We operate a subsidy scheme which relies
on donations and we appreciate contributions of any
amount – you can add this in the appropriate box on the
application form.
Food
All meals are vegetarian or fish, which
provides a varied and healthy diet. Habonim Dror also
operates a NO NUTS policy on all camps, however, we
cannot guarantee that all products used are nut free.
Please include details of any food allergies on the
medical form.
Cultural Judaism
Habonim Dror identifies itself as a
culturally Jewish youth movement. We are not affiliated
to any denomination, (i.e. orthodox, reform, liberal,
etc.) Shabbat is very important to us and we always
strive to create a special Shabbat atmosphere and try to
avoid driving. |
