PLEASE HELP. This is an urgent appeal
Gideon Prodgers, a current participant in Shnat Hachshara, our one-year madrichim training course in Israel was rushed into "Shaare Zedek" hospital, Jerusalem, on Thursday night, 21st of June. Leukaemia was diagnosed and the doctors immediately started on chemotherapy.
We are urgently building a massive campaign to try and assist Gideon and his family.
Gideon a recent Herzlia matriculate has been an active Habonim member since the age of 12 and with his leadership skills, his drive and commitment to his chanichim and his energy for Jewish informal education; we have been expecting great things from him in the future.
Life is what happens when you are making other plans. Let us take this opportunity to think about those people, like Gideon whom we care about. We are praying for Gideon’s speedy restoration to good health and wish him and his family strength and refuah shleimah.
