INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ACTION FOR ISRAEL’S
KIDNAPPED SOLDIERS AND THOSE MISSING IN
ACTION
Don’t let the rain stop you from showing solidarity
with Israel’s kidnapped soldiers and those
missing in action
If you can’t join us outside M & S in Manchester
this Monday July 16 between 12.45 and 2 p.m.
(see details below.) why not take a couple of
minutes at 1 p.m. to stop what you are doing and
add your prayer for their release
But we really hope to see as many as possible
standing with us to deliver a powerful message
The vigil is sponsored by the Zionist Central
Council and StandWithUs, supported by the
Missing in Action Campaign, JNF UJIA, the Israel
Information Centre and the Jewish Representative
Council and local synagogues

To show their support all the pupils of King David
and Yavneh schools will have a special assembly
and a two minute silence
We will be sending postcards to the Prime
Minister and to the UN and the International Red
Cross calling for them to do all they can to secure
the release of our missing Israelis Where
possible we will be sending messages of comfort
to their families. We have already been thanked
by Guy Hever’s family for what they term our
“holy work” which is very humbling

June 2006
Ehud Goldwasser, and Eldad Regev kidnapped 12 July 2006,
Also, Ron Arad, Zachary Baumel, Yehuda Katz, Zvi Feldman,
Guy Hever who have been missing far longer If their names are
not as familiar to you it is because the media and the
international community have allowed them to virtually
disappear into oblivion, but to their families the lack of
knowledge of what has happened to them is a daily nightmare
Zachary, Zvi and Yehuda have been missing for 9761 days!! On
October 16th this year Ron Arad will have been missing for 21
years!! Guy disappeared without trace on 17th August 1997 on
his way back to his unit in the Golan Heights
The whole world was active in securing a happy ending
for BBC reporter Alan Johnston after 114 days in
captivity Yet there is an almost deafening silence when
it comes to calling for the release of the missing Israelis
Help us ensure we do not allow them to be forgotten

Also for Ron Arad, Zachary Baumel, Yehuda Katz, Zvi Feldman, Guy Hever who have been missing far longer.
