Habonim trains next generation

Habonim Dror has a history of cultivating Jewish leadership in Britain.
Alumni such as Sacha Baron Cohen are proof of that. The Manchester branch is now training a new generation. Last weekend saw a residential seminar run as part of the leadership training course for new leaders aged 16 and 17 where 21 participants attended.

Participants learned how to create activities for camp participants and also enjoyed fun sessions together as a year group. Lomdim Tash Wertheimer said in the JT: “The weekend helped me gain confidence to become a leader and I learned new skills that I will be able to put to use when I lead camp in the summer”
