HD1 & HD2
Today the groups woke up very early and started to climb
Masada at 5am. They all made it to the top before sunrise and had a great view over the Negev and the Dead Sea. When they came down, they had breakfast at the youth hostel before splitting up.
HD1 went for a tiyul through the flour caves (Nahal Perazim), where the sand is so thin it feels like flour. HD2 went on a short tiyul through Nahal David, a beautiful stream, and bathed in the natural pool at the end.
The groups then joined together again and went swimming in the Dead Sea. They played in the Dead Sea mud and had a great time floating on top of the water.
The groups then returned to the Masada youth hostel where the madrichim ran a short peulah for them before the chanichim had some free time.
