HD1 & HD2
Shabbat this week is truly a day of rest providing recuperation from their busy week and re-fuelling for their week ahead. As it is the free weekend and the group were not all together those who were not away had a lie in before marking Shabbat with a culturally Jewish Shabbat service to include traditional prayers with modern songs, followed by a chevruta (discussion pairs) on the parasha hashavua (weekly sedra). The remainder of the day was spent relaxing by the beach and chilling out with the madrichim. After Shabbat went out, the chanichim that had left the group for the weekend returned and the group made Havdalah together. Both groups then got ready for the start of their co-existence seminar the following morning.
